Delete your Melovibx account

In the app

Open Melovibx, go to Settings, and choose Delete my account. You confirm with your password, or by signing in again with Google or Apple.

Without the app

Ask for a deletion link with the email address of your account. We email that address a link that works once, for an hour; nothing is deleted until you open it and press the button.

What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted at once: your name, email address, phone number, password, profile photos, and bio; your collections, likes, ratings, saves, addresses, and saved payment methods; and what our AI features made from your artworks. Your artworks and bundles are taken down. Downloads you bought can no longer be opened, and Melocoins left in the account are lost.

Kept: comments and messages you sent to other people, shown as from a deleted user; payment, order, and payout records that tax and accounting law require, for as long as the Privacy Policy says; and the record that the account was deleted.

Artists with earnings not yet paid out: ask for a payout, or contact us, before deleting.
